Junior Girls Competitionin
For the first time this year the Sharks district will have a junior girls grade playing on Sunday mornings. Games will be played at 10:30am-11:30am at East Fremantle oval before the senior women's game. To register your interest contact your local junior club or for further information click here!
In term 4 of the school year the year 8/9 school girls carnival will be played at All Saints College. From this carnival an East Fremantle all stars year 8/9 team to play against other districts. For more information or to register to play click here!
The WAFC schoolgirls cup competition is the biggest and strongest all girls football competition in the state. School teams years 12-10 (with girls in year 8-9 able to play with special permissions) compete in the Moore division and the White division during term 2 of the school year. At the conclusion of each year the best players from each district are selected to play in the WAFC district youth girls carnival where the following year's WA state 18's girls team to compete at the national youth girls championships. The East Fremantle Women's Football Club in one of the strongest clubs in the Western Australian Women's Football League (WAWFL). After coming off a premiership winning season in 2011 they are looking at being hard to beat again in 2012. Lead by the head coach Nikki (Webbo) Harwood each player is challenged to improve their own game as the club continues to raise the bar in women's football.
