Steven Dodd caps a stellar season claiming the 2012 Lynn Medal

On Saturday October 6th Steven Dodd was crowned the 2012 Lynn Medallist after polling 430 votes for the season.

This was Steven's first Lynn Medal and guarantees Steven a very special place in the history of the East Fremantle Football Club on top of what has been a great career to date which has included 101 AFL games with the Fremantle Dockers and 86 League games with East Fremantle.

Steven also represented WA in the State Game for the second time in 2012.

Runner Up was Captain Mark McGough on 358 votes and in third place was last year's winner Rory O'Brien on 317.  Rounding out the top five were Andrew Stephen and Rob Young.  All top 5 are in our leadership group highlighting the performance of our leaders in 2012.

The Club paid tribute to Luke Weller and Leith Teakle who have both retired and bid farewell to Football Operations Manager, Damien Gaspar, Colts Coach, Phil Cronan and Physiotherapist, Fiona Paige.

Upcoming Event

East Fremantle in the Foxtel Cup

May. 21, 2013

On Tuesday May 21st the Sharks take on 2012 SANFL Premiers Norwood in round 1 of the Foxtel Cup. The match will be played in Adelaide so those left in Perth will be heading down to The Left Bank to watch the match. Join us there to support the Sharks. The match starts at 6:05pm.

EFFC members will get 2 for 1 meals by showing their membership card on the night and all can take advantage of the $10 Mussel special available every Tuesday.
