Fry to take on Managerial Role at Fremantle
The East Fremantle Football Club is delighted to announce that Darryn Fry has been selected as the new Fremantle Football Club AFLW & Next Generation Academy (NGA) Manager.
A WAFL Club’s role is to help develop players, coaches, administrators & support staff to reach their highest goal. Darryn has come through our own development system, first as a coach in the 14’s and progressing to his senior position at the head of Football Operations at the Club.
Darryn has been the Football Operations Manager at the Club since the start of the 2013 season and his enormous work ethic and attention to detail has been acknowledged at a higher level with Fremantle offering Darryn the position this week.
We would like to wish Darryn all the best in his new appointment and to thank him for his outstanding service to the Sharks over 11 years, six as the Football Operations Manager & five in our talent development area coaching our young Sharks.
