Preview | Round 11 v West Coast Eagles
The Sharks return to New Choice Homes Park this Saturday to host the West Coast Eagles in our first official clash.
East Fremantle will go in with some confidence after defeating East Perth by 62 points prior to the bye and after a week off, they will be ready to tackle the Eagles side laden with AFL listed players.
The coaching staff have kept the squad much the same with Nic Bonomelli, Corey Holmes and Josef Hebiton coming into the extended team.
The two sides met in the pre-season and it was the Eagles that managed to secure a win. Since then, the Sharks have found form within the last month, winning three of their past four matches. On the other hand, the Eagles have slipped to 10th on the ladder.
It will be no easy feat for the Sharks however, with the Eagles welcoming a number of their AFL listed players back into the side, potentially playing up to 20. Most notably, Nic Nat will come in for his first football match of the season, having been sidelined with an ACL injury.
The East Fremantle Women’s League will take on Subiaco at 2:45pm.
Our Colts and Reserves have a bye this weekend.
