David HOLLINS
David was one of our most dynamic attacking players and was a particularly classy Centreman who came to East Fremantle from South Bunbury as a 19 year old.
He quickly showed himself to be a player of much class. He was almost as fine a player in the ruck roving area or on the half forward line. He was a great exponent of the drop-kick and was brilliant whether on the ground or in the air. As his experience grew he quickly became one of the Club’s most valuable players. His win in the 1971 Sandover Medal was by one of the widest margins known.
