Video: Jupp's up for 50th game
Wednesday, April 13, 2016 - 10:42 AM by Tom Fee
Sharks Vice Captain Matthew Jupp will play his 50th game this weekend against the Claremont Tigers, with bouncedown at the usual time of 2:15pm at ATOM Stadium.
On the weekend Jupp played his role in an outstanding defensive performance by the side, holding last year's Grand Finalists in West Perth to just 51 points.
In the absense of captain Jamie McNamara, Jupp hailed the efforts of the leadership group, his fellow defenders in Ryan Lester-Smith, Andrew Stephen and Sam Reid as well as recruit Dylan Winton who played his first league game for East Fremantle.
