WELCOME BEAU WALKER - MID WEST ACADEMY COACH

EFFC would like to welcome Beau Walker who has taken up the position of the East Fremantle Football Club’s Mid-West Academy Coach.

As the lead Coach of the academy, Beau will oversee individual player development of academy members in partnership with the Mid West Academy of Sport, preparing the players to play for East Fremantle. 

Originally from Howlong in New South Wales, Beau played for the Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup before moving to Canberra to play for NEAFL side Queanbeyan. 

Beau began his coaching career at Belconnen.  After completing his teaching degree, Beau moved to WA to be closer to family where he currently teaches at Geraldton SHS.

Having coached Northampton in the GNFL last season, Beau will turn his focus to playing for the Rams in season 2022.

Walker says “he looks forward to working with East Fremantle and continuing on the great work by Harry Taylor last year with the Mid West Football Program”.
