The DEPPRO WAFL State 16s Academy had their first fixture on Saturday at AAMI Stadium in South Australia. East Fremantle had three representatives in Tom Joyce, Max Murphy and Dillon O’Reilly.

Western Australia lead at every change to see a 6 goal to 2 final term by South Australia to just come short by 7 points.

Tom Joyce and Max Murphy were named in WAs best and Dillon O’Reilly kicked 2 majors.

THE MEMBERS DRAW HAS JACKPOTTED TO $1450!

The Friday night Member's Draw has jackpotted to $1450 but you must be there to collect it.

On Friday night, June 24th, Aaron Smith’s name was drawn out but he wasn’t in attendance to collect the jackpot of $1400, so the draw has now jackpotted to $1450.

The draw takes place every Friday night between 6:30pm and 7:30pm in the main bar.

The East Fremantle Sharks were stunned by the Perth Demons on Saturday afternoon, as the Demons held on for a thrilling 11 point victory at Lathlain Park.

The Shaw-Shark Redemption

East Fremantle will be looking to get back in the winner’s circle against the Demons this weekend, after a disappointing 78-point loss to Subiaco.  

East Fremantle have won the last 14 out 15 encounters between the two teams.

This will be the Sharks’ first visit to Lathlain Park this season, their only loss in recent times to the Demons coming in round 19 last year.

Fierce Lions too strong for Sharks

The East Fremantle Sharks were handed a heavy defeat by the Subiaco Lions on Sunday afternoon at ATOM Stadium, falling by 78 points in difficult conditions.

While East Fremantle were out to replicate their 80 point victory from Round 8, the Lions had other plans.

Life Members celebrated at ATOM Stadium

Locantro Responds Well to Surgery

The entire East Fremantle Football Club “family” wishes Julian Locantro a speedy recovery and good health, following surgery on a skull fracture sustained in the early stages of yesterday’s Development League game against Subiaco.

Funeral notice: Johanna McManus

The Club lost its oldest member last week, with Johanna McManus sadly passing away at the age of 101. 

Johanna was a long time Sharks member and her involvement started in the 1950s when her husband Jack joined the Club.
