The East Fremantle Football Club is delighted to announce Rob Wiley as Senior Coach of the Sharks for the next 3 years.
Rob was chosen ahead of a strong field of developing coaches from Western Australia and Victoria.
Rob’s wealth of football knowledge spanning over 40 years in the football industry and his passion to develop young players made him the ideal candidate to take over the coaching reins at East Fremantle.
East Fremantle’s interim coach for 2015, Brad Dodd, has accepted a role as head coach of development at the North Adelaide Football in the SANFL. Dodd, who came in to the Sharks’ coaching group in 2014, took over from Stephen Malaxos, when the senior side was 5-5 and although results may not have gone his (and the Club’s) way, he showed a great appetite and aptitude for coaching at senior level.
The Friday night Member's Draw has jackpotted to $1500 but you must be there to collect it.
On Friday night, September 11th Colin Armstrong’s name was drawn out but he wasn’t in attendance to collect the jackpot of $1450, so the draw has now jackpotted to $1500.

The strength of football development within the East Fremantle Districts was demonstrated again this week with Eagle Josh Kennedy winning the Coleman Medal for leading goalscorer and Carlton's Patrick Cripps awarded runner up in the NAB AFL Rising Star. With 26 players in the AFL, there are also a number participating in this weekend's finals.

On Sunday 6th September the Sharks Colts side will play the West Perth Falcons at HBF Arena in an Elimination Final of the REDiMED Colts.

As the East Fremantle Colts head in to their elimination final this week against West Perth, four of the squad received individual honours at the annual Jack Clarke Medal count.
