Preview | Round 2
The Sharks will line up for their first official game at New Choice Homes Park in 2020 this Saturday, against Peel Thunder.
After a disappointing Round 1 outing against Derby rivals South Fremantle last week, the Sharks are desperate to turn things around.
Peel Thunder put up an impressive performance against Perth in their Round 1 clash, so it’s set to be a tough match for both sides.
There are a few forced changes this weekend with Kody Manning and Kyle Baskerville missing with injury. Ambrose Ryan has been left out of the side. Into the team comes Tim Bockman and Nic Bonomelli, who has kicked 7 and 3 goals in his last two Reserves games. Jarrad Jansen returns to the team after serving his one match ban from last year.
Our Colts will play at the later time of 12pm on Saturday against the Thunder. Both sides narrowly missed out on wins in the first round so it’s set to be a tough clash as they chase four points.
The Reserves play a scratch match against Subiaco from 9.30am. Running out for their first appearances this season include Durak Tucker, Cameron Loersch and James Harrold.
